Returns (Refunds)

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
• Please include the invoice or order number.

Exchanges

• You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or you received the wrong item.
• In these cases, we cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

Items Not Eligible For Return/Exchange

• Items that were opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
• Items purchased during special promotions/discounts (except defective items).

Refund Method & Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method, or as otherwise agreed.
